SHIPPING POLICY

All A.P.Boo merchandise is made to order. Please allow approximately 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates and begin after production is complete.

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@apbooofficial.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production begins.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

If your package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, or if tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact the carrier first and then email us at support@apbooofficial.com so we can help.
